Overview
Led a student group to build a full-stack internal survey analytics platform for survey creation and invitation that transforms collected feedback into clear, actionable insights.
The problem
Teams collecting survey feedback had no single system to create surveys, distribute them, and turn free-text responses into insight - feedback sat in spreadsheets with no sentiment or keyword analysis attached to it.
My approach
Built a Node.js/Express/MongoDB backend with JWT auth, and integrated the Natural NLP library for sentiment analysis and keyword extraction, Puppeteer for automated PDF report generation, and a Materialize CSS frontend for survey creation, invitation, and real-time dashboards.
